Terms and conditions for the sale of short-term-rental apartment nights sold on appart-lavande.com.
Article 1 — Object
These terms govern the sale by Appart Lavande of short-term-rental apartment nights in Avignon (Lavande Évasion and Lavande Dorée).
Article 2 — Prices
All bookings are payable in euros. Listed prices include all taxes (TTC), excluding tourist tax where applicable.
For bookings paid from outside metropolitan France, you are the importer of the products concerned. Any duties, exchange fees or local taxes are payable by you.
Appart Lavande reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the stay will be invoiced at the rate in effect at the moment of booking confirmation, subject to availability.
Article 3 — Bookings
You may book:

- By email at apparts.lavande@gmail.com
- Via partner platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, etc.)
Contract information is provided in French or English and confirmed at the latest at booking validation.
Article 4 — Booking validation
Any booking on appart-lavande.com implies full acceptance of these terms, without exception or reservation. The email confirmation constitutes signature.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment is by credit card via Stripe, a secure payment provider. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Article 6 — Cancellation
- More than 45 days before arrival: 100% refund.
- Between 45 and 30 days before arrival: 50% refund.
- Less than 30 days before arrival: non-refundable.
Article 7 — Availability
In case of unavailability after a booking (rare: double-booking from a third-party platform), we will inform you by email. Your booking will either be cancelled and fully refunded, or we will propose an equivalent apartment for the same period.
Article 8 — Liability
As soon as the tenant takes possession of the premises (enters the apartment), liability for any damages caused is transferred to them for the duration of the stay.
Appart Lavande cannot be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of the apartments or events of force majeure.
Article 9 — Applicable law and jurisdiction
The language of this contract is French. These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the French courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
Article 10 — Intellectual property
All elements of the appart-lavande.com site (photos, text, design, code) are the exclusive intellectual property of Appart Lavande. Reproduction is prohibited without prior written consent.
Article 11 — Personal data
Data processing is governed by our privacy policy. Under GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification and deletion of your data.
